Rockthelook at the Mayor’s Ball in Atlanta … and the winner is …

Our Rock the Look style spotters attend the hottest events. This past weekend our Atlanta style spotter Marian Anderson (Haute Travels) helped us identify some lovely southern fashionistas at the Mayors Masquerade Ball. The event included a red carpet with Chris Tucker, Dawn Lewis and several of the infamous Housewives of Atlanta. But our eyes were on the look out for some spectacular everyday fashionistas …. So congratulations to our winners.

First place: April Woodard… BET TV Host/Correspond in the lovely purple and sequence gown with the matching mask. You captured the spirit of the event but also rocked the season’s hot metallic trend as well as the holiday season’s jewel tones. Well done!

Second place the lovely Keisha Hines in a fabulous vintage Versace. We loved this look.

Third Place: Dr. Zelda Pittman with an ensemble in black that reminds us of Halston and his muse Pat Cleveland. Lovely!

Honorary mention to Cynthia Bailey (The Real Housewives of Atlanta) in Nicole Miller, Dr. Julie Grant in Oscar de la Renta, Camille Binder in In the white beaded top and black gown bottom, and in silver sequin Stacii Jae Johnson.
